**This information is based on our current program. With the announcement that OBEY will be the provider of the new facility opening up in the RM of Macdonald, located in Oak Bluff the information below will be updated in the near future**
Oak Bluff Early Years has various programs to offer for children between the ages of 3 and 12.
3-4 year olds:
Children MUST be toilet trained and may attend the full time, school day or full time program. Options for registration are available in the link below (OBEY Programs)
5 year olds:
OBEY offers a program for 5 year old children to supplement the Kindergarten curriculum. OBEY staff works closely with the Oak Bluff Community School Kindergarten teacher to ensure that Kindergarten curriculum is being reinforced through OBEY programming. Children attend OBEY on the alternating days that they are not attending regular Kindergarten classes.
5-12 year olds:
may attend the school age program that consists of before and after school care.
*There may be open permanent spots available for the AM preschool school and Kindergarten programs. Casual/drop-in space may be available, but permanently filling open spots is the priority. As such, the availability of casual or drop-in spots may end without notice. For more information please contact the Executive Director at obeydirector@live.com.
** Please note that there is currently a lengthy waitlist for before and after school care. If you are not already added to the waitlist, please print off the form located at the bottom of the page and submit it to the Executive Director at obeydirector@live.com.
**Registration in the preschool or Kindergarten program does not entitle you to a priority registration in the before and after school program.**

How do I get my child(ren) on OBEY wait list?
Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care no longer has an online government waitlist. To ensure you are added to OBEY’s waitlist please fill in and send the wait list form in the link below to the Executive Director at obeydirector@live.com.
How are new/open spots in OBEY filled? Any new registration or request for an increase in care is determined by the following flow charts:
